Representatives of Aiken and North Augusta meet at the Horse Creek Pollution Control Facility at 7 to discuss the fiscal 1981 budget for the Aiken County Public Service Authority. The PSA operates the facility on S.C. 125 south of U.S. 1. The session is open to the public.
Aiken Technical College invites the public to an open house tonight at 7 30 p m with a tour of its technology facilities and another session tomorrow at 10 30 a m focusing on women in non traditional careers. Students and graduates will discuss programs and placement.

The 14 year old Brian P Sanders defense asks to relocate the murder trial from Orangeburg County. Public defender Harry O Bozardt Jr represents Sanders as Judge William T Howell oversees proceedings. Prosecutor Norman Fogle says no death penalty if Sanders is convicted. The case stems from the January 21 shootings near US 301 and US 15 that killed Kevin Gadson 10 and Juanita Summers 8. two other children were wounded. Sanders, who lives at a nearby truck stop with his grandmother and uncle Patrick Sanders 22, faces related charges against the elder Sanders.
