Terence Halupa a 62 year old witness in a worker’s compensation hearing describes being pushed by Roger Anthony Watson 46 of Augusta after a dispute at the Aiken County Council building. Halupa fell hitting his head and was treated then released. Watson was arrested for simple assault and battery and given a trespass notice from Halupa’s home.
Age 24 K-9 handler Jason Fox has served three years with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office. He enforces state and county laws, chose the agency to stay close to home, and plans to grow in his career. He is married and enjoys training his K-9, hunting, and fishing in spare time.

Aiken Family Court judge ordered a 15 year old moved from Winners Circle Group Home near New Ellenton to a state juvenile facility amid accusations he forced another resident into sexual acts. The court requires a DSS investigation report. Winners Circle houses out of county youths under Ramsay Youth Services.
