Bond Denied in Tuesday Aiken Standoff Case
Aiken man Joe Daniel Floyd, 57, had bond denied by an Aiken County magistrate after a five hour armed standoff with police. Tear gas ended the standoff as officers from multiple departments pressured Floyd to surrender.
