Two women charged after quick pantry robbery and later burglary
Aiken County deputies responded to Quick Pantry on Trolley Line Road at 4 40 a m Friday after a rock shattered the front door and a surveillance tape showed a black male taking lottery tickets worth 1800. Erica Sharee Moore 28 is charged with armed robbery and Betty Elizabeth Vaughn 37 is charged with accessory after the fact. Vaughn drove the getaway car as Moore threatened the clerk with a knife. Vaughn faces prior felony cases while Moore has a recent indictment for robbery burglary and assault and battery. Both suspects remain in the Aiken County Detention Center.
