New Therapy Rooms Let Parents Watch at Hitchcock Center
Arkenites praise Hitchcock Rehabilitation Center for remodeled speech therapy with two observation rooms so parents can monitor sessions. Jeannette Young leads the program focusing on articulation, language, voice issues, aphasia, stuttering, cleft palate, and laryngectomees. Two qualified pathologists work with other therapists to coordinate care for adults and children from Aiken and nearby counties, with services offered regardless of ability to pay.
