Flag from Capitol topples into family memory

He inherited it from his father Dewey Boggs and displays it on special occasions such as the Fourth of July and Memorial Day. He retires it at dusk and avoids rain to protect the heirloom. The flag was raised at 9:30 a.m. on September 11 after the terrorist attacks. Boggs plans to pass the cherished banner to his children when appropriate.
