York Co jury named for Hill capital trial in Aiken
Judge Marc H. Westbrook ordered York County to provide jurors for the David Mark Hill capital punishment trial. Jury selection will occur the week of January 24 with jurors brought to Aiken to decide Hill's fate. Pretrial publicity prompted the distant county approach. The 39 year old Belvedere man faces the September 16 1996 killings of three DSS workers in North Augusta.
