Second semi-truck theft suspects jailed
Aiken County deputies said two men after stealing a tractor trailer cab in Augusta and driving into South Carolina are jailed. David Bargstedt 31 and Bat Lee face charges of receiving stolen goods burglary resisting arrest and injuring a police dog. Bond denied. A deputy and K-9 Duke were injured. Reynolds ends service on Planning Commission
