Gasoline Spill From Punctured Barge In Ohio River
Louisville authorities closed several downtown streets as a punctured barge leaked about 2 000 gallons of gasoline into the Ohio River. Crews moved remaining fuel to another vessel while air monitoring continued. No injuries or evacuations were reported and Louisville Water Co said intake remained unaffected. The captain would be tested for drugs and alcohol.
