Reginald Wayne Stephens was sentenced to life plus 30 years for armed robbery after a jury found him guilty of murdering Paul Williams, a popular Aiken cook. Co defendants Gregory Hill and Christopher Davis face murder charges. Williams was shot at his York Street home on April 18, 2000. He had worked at City Billiards and was loved for his easygoing banter. Prosecutors praised the investigation and noted evidence including a footprint shoe match.
