Mistrial Declared After 13 Hour General Sessions Session
Jury deadlock in Tony Cumbee case leads Judge Rodney Peeples to declare a rare mistrial after a 13 hour deliberation. Testimony included a highway patrol stop and a girlfriend's claim she hid the gun to kill Cumbee. Assistant prosecutors said the state would not re prosecute.
