Richland youth jailed 26 years for rape and armed robbery
A 19 year old, Howard L. Brown, pleaded guilty to robbing a Graniteville grocery of 84 dollars and raping the cashier at gunpoint. Judge Rodney A. Peeples sentenced him to 12 years for armed robbery and 14 years for criminal sexual battery on opening day of General Sessions in Richland County.
