Plan To Distribute Agent Orange Money OKed

A federal judge approved a final plan to distribute the Agent Orange settlement funds from seven chemical makers. About 150 million will go to totally disabled veterans and survivors, 45 million to a class assistance foundation, and 4 million to claimants in Australia and New Zealand.
