Federal plan touts plutonium cargo safety measures

The Energy Department outlines security for shipments of weapons-grade plutonium from Rocky Flats to Savannah River Site. Oklahoma bridge disaster nets divers and missing after barge crash

Divers planned to resume Monday search for bodies after a barge hit the Interstate 40 bridge over the Arkansas River in Webbers Falls. Three bodies found, up to a dozen feared dead, five hospitalized. A bass fisherman witnessed the collapse as a 500 foot section of the bridge fell into 11 foot deep water, with 14 vehicles said to have plunged below.
