Huff Backs Co-Op On Service Bill
In Columbia the 20 electric cooperatives back a bill to let the Public Service Commission decide utility service for annexed areas. The measure passed the House 85 17 and now awaits a final third reading vote before sending to the Senate. Rep. Tom Huff supports the bill while Rep. Jean Toal opposes it as unconstitutional.
