Savannah River Site Construction Department craft workers reached two calendar years with no lost-time injuries at midnight April 29. Over 750 craft workers contributed to safety excellence as they advance toward a fifth Westinghouse President's Award for more than 2.5 million hours without a lost-time injury.
John Oakland of Bechtel Savannah River Incorporated lauds BSRC Craft workers for a world class safety performance. WSRC operates and manages SRS for the US Department of Energy with BSRI as a partnering firm handling project management engineering construction and environmental restoration activities.
The Rev Jesse Lee Peterson, host of the Jesse Peterson Show in Los Angeles, will speak at 7 30 pm on Tuesday May 25 at the Municipal Building Conference Center Aiken.
