Incidents include stolen cars televisions purses cash checks and household items with several arrests and suspected connections noted.

Local residents Charles Lide and David Blow travel on Honor Flight of South Carolina for a one day visit to Washington, D C to honor World War II and Korea veterans. Steven James Murray, 28, of Jacksonville, Florida, is set for a Burke County Georgia bond hearing Friday on a murder charge linked to the death of 71 year old Rev. Rene Robert of St Augustine. Autopsy rules homicide by gunfire. Murray led investigators to the priest's body after a March arrest in Aiken County.
Timothy Wayne Glanton, 36, is charged with first degree assault and battery robbery while armed carjacking and kidnapping in the 2011 armed robbery of a Trenton grocery store. He was jailed in Aiken County with the case stemming from April 16 2011 incident after the victim’s Toyota Camry was found abandoned.
