Judge Rodney A. Peeples handed guilty pleas yesterday in General Sessions Court across offenses from indecent exposure to driving under suspension. Individuals include James Dunbar New Ellenton 21 months jail with probation and treatment, William Hibbitts North Augusta 30 months jail with probation, and James Smiley Jr. Augusta 60 days jail or $300 fine, among others.
