Wagener man charged with two counts of domestic violence
A Wagener man was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. Investigators say he grabbed his domestic partner by the neck and threatened to kill her while firearms were in the home. He is also charged with unlawful conduct toward a child and possession of a firearm during a violent crime. The incident allegedly occurred on Holiness Church Road with the child present.

Man charged with robbery and burglary in Graniteville
Michael Allen Griffin, 39, of Baker Street Blackville, arrested Monday and charged with armed robbery and second degree burglary after breaking into Dales Convenience Store in Graniteville, stealing cash. Investigators say earlier Sunday he allegedly held a steak knife to a man's throat and cut his leg. Griffin jailed at the Aiken County detention center.

Trespass notice issued after loaded magazine at plant
