Omitted text due to OCR partials on delivery and payments

A fragmented notice lists delivery charges and advance payment terms with various misread figures. It mentions monthly and yearly rates for mail and other services, including per year costs and a standard subscription reference, but the OCR obscures clear entities and amounts. The readable items indicate a service pricing schedule with advance payment notes.
