East Aiken Chargers hold junior high football and competition team tryouts at Aiken High School gym today Thursday and Friday with varied times. Multiple community events follow including a railroad depot talk at Aiken Conference Center, a library telecommuting workshop, beekeepers meeting, and a spring softball league at Harrison-Dover Park with fees and contact numbers.
Aiken residents can attend a Health and Fitness Fair at USC Aiken on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Activities Center Gym. An All Hands Meeting on child abuse prevention will be held Wednesday 2:30 to 5 p.m. at the Aiken Municipal Conference Center. The SBDC will host a Wednesday morning workshop on starting a small business in Room 140. Relay For Life team captains meet Thursday at 6 p.m. at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. The CSRA Coin Club meets Thursday 6:45 p.m. at the Aiken County Library. A K Tree House event for grades 1–5 is Thursday at 4 p.m. at the library. Ridge Spring art exhibit Friday 7 p.m. at the Ridge Spring Civic Center with a Saturday hours 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The USC Aiken Relay For Life on Friday runs noon to midnight with theme Lets Raise More in 2004. The Family Forum on mental health services is scheduled 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Community Health Center in Aiken.

It offers categorized reference education charts and data for natural disasters planning and search and rescue for quick access during crises. The collection grew from 19 000 pages released in 2001 and now streams via web pages and PDFs.
