Jury Deadlock in Receiving Stolen Goods Case and Related Sentences
After eight hours of deliberation a jury failed to reach a verdict in a receiving stolen goods case involving Dale Lloyd Smith tied to a warehouse theft and three guns. Mistrial was declared while other unrelated cases included a mother’s sentence for hiding her son and multiple guilty pleas with probation and gun prohibitions.
