Information management importance to pharmacists
Duff Collie told Sunrise Rotary that pharmacists must manage drug information to prevent interactions among multiple prescriptions. He noted drugs are tested mainly on middle aged people, not always on elderly or young patients, who often take several meds. Collie advised trusting a single pharmacist and keeping consistent with one pharmacy. Sunrise Rotary meets at 7 a.m. weekly at Houndslake County Club with Trent Arnold as president.
