Largemouth Bass and Crappie Report From South Carolina Lakes
The Piedmont area lakes Keowee Hartwell Russell and Wylie show varied fishing with largemouth bass fair to excellent on lizards worms and spoons. Crappie are very good at Keowee and Wylie, while striped bass in Thurmond and Wylie show strong action. Water temperatures run around mid forties and clarity is clear across most lakes.
