Aiken man charged with abuse of 2 year old
Anthony Hurst Jr., 21, of Plymouth Drive in Aiken, is charged with abuse to inflict great bodily injury on a 2 year old. Deputies say bruising and liver injuries were observed after the child was brought to Augusta University Medical Center. The child had been lethargic and at risk of death. Hurst remained jailed with bond not yet set.
