Warrenville man gets probation after violence admissions
Kevin B. Claeys 31 of Golf Course Road received eight years in prison suspended to five years probation with 143 days served for three counts of assault with intent to kill and three concurrent years for a third offense criminal domestic sentence. He must attend substance abuse counseling anger management and undergo random drug and alcohol testing. He admitted to striking his former girlfriend in October 2003 and attempting to run down three strangers with a 1995 Dodge in January 2006.

Roman F. Montalvo, 28, of Warner Robins, Ga., pleaded guilty to engaging in sexually explicit chats with an undercover Aiken County Sheriff's officer posing as a 14-year-old.
