Midlands Men Are Indicted Over Breach of Trust

Dewey M. Duckett Jr. and William F. Scott, former Midlands Community Action Agency officials, were indicted on breach of trust with fraudulent intent and grand larceny. South Carolina Electric and Gas filed a May 14 complaint alleging tampering with an electric meter at a liquor store owned by the pair, claim $3,718 is owed.
