Ten Month-Old conjoined twins separated at Children’s Hospital LA
Ten month old twins Regina and Renata Salinas Fierros, fused from chest to pelvis, were separated after a daylong operation at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Surgeons split the pelvic bone at 6:20 p.m. PST as the team worked to divide the liver, bladder and intestines in a complex, largely successful procedure.
