SRR internship program hosts 26 students this summer
Savannah River Remediation brings 26 college interns from across the nation for a 10 week program. Participants include sophomores to graduates, studying fields from engineering to marketing. Interns learn on site with SRR staff, attend nuclear industry events, and perform community service as part of the experience. SRR, the liquid waste contractor at SRS, is led by AECOM with Bechtel National CH2M and Babcock Wilcox. subcontractors include AREVA EnergySolutions and URS.
