Simons Hospitalized After Head Injury At Aiken Center
Federal Judge Charles Simons Jr is in intensive care at Aiken Regional Medical Centers after emergency surgery for a head injury from a fall. A pursuing group chased suspects in a shoplifting incident from a South Carolina store. The women opened fire prompting deputies to pursue onto I-20 toward Georgia.
