Midland Valley FFA Drives School Wide Recycling Boost

Midland Valley High School's FFA Association reports a major surge in the recycling program started in 2004 05. Faculty adviser Jeremy Brooks notes volumes rose from 1 840 pounds in 2004 to 20 880 pounds this year as students collect plastic containers and mixed paper, transport to the lab, and haul about 2 000 pounds per trailer to the Aiken County Recycling Center.
