Woman dances to raise funds for Wings afterschool program
Ginny Deerin, nearly 60, danced for 12 hours Thursday and again Friday in Charleston heat to raise 120000 for the Wings afterschool program. By Friday afternoon more than 81000 had been raised as she wore improvised angel wings and urged donations to support emotional learning for students.
