Remains Found Near Dirt Road in Aiken County Case
Federal and local investigators unearthed skeletal remains Friday in rural Aiken County. The victim is believed to be James Thomas Mills, a 30 year old Atlanta man reported missing July 23, 2001 from Richmond County. An autopsy will be performed in Newberry and a positive ID awaits dental records.
