Bowers Ordered To Report To Prison
Former Federal Highway Administrator Karl S. Bowers must report to a federal prison within 11 days to begin a one year term for two 1980 income tax evasion convictions. He also faces a separate real estate fraud conviction and a five year sentence. He is to report August 10 to Maxwell Air Force Base Alabama.
