F&M Shareholders Approve C&S Merger in South Carolina
Farmers & Merchants Bank of Aiken shareholders approved a merger with Citizens and Southern National Bank of South Carolina. The deal could take effect in 30 days and expands services for customers. C&S has $1.7 billion assets and 112 offices. F&M has $141.5 million and 12 offices.

Greenwood Ruling Limited to City Officials in Greenwood
