Commission to set ballot wording in South Carolina
The Constitutional Ballot Commission meets this week to draft wording for four November ballot questions. SoCon teams honor Gulf oil spill victims with helmet decal
The Southern Conference will have nine football teams wear a GC helmet decal for the season to support oil spill victims. Over 170 players in the conference hail from affected states.
