Two men arrested after armed robbery

Two men arrested after an armed robbery and high speed pursuit that ended in a vehicle wreck. Joseph Brown 17 of West Gwinnett Street Savannah and Dwayne Anthony Simmons 33 with multiple Aiken County addresses were charged with armed robbery. Deputies recovered weapons cash and a cash drawer after apprehending them. Simmons faced numerous warrants including burglary theft robbery and weapon charges from multiple jurisdictions.
