Photo Published Of Prince In Nude

The Sun ran a year-old photograph of Prince Andrew skinny-dipping in a Canadian river across two pages. A crown was over his groin, Buckingham Palace and Parliament debated, with Henry Bellingham calling it distasteful and Peter Bottomley calling it highly undesirable. The image reportedly came from a Petwa River camping trip near Lakefield, tied to a private Toronto area school, with no photographer identified. Prince Andrew, 31, is a Royal Navy lieutenant.

Sweden to give away prewar WW II bunkers

Sweden plans to hand out thousands of concrete bunkers built along its east coast before World War II. The military says they were observation posts and firing points and no longer have military value as the country remained neutral. Many bunkers sit in vacation areas with summer cottages and could be used as cellars or tool sheds, though they are damp and often lack usable windows.

Clouds and rain dimmed views in parts of Mexico and Hawaii, yet observers at Mauna Kea and Teotihuacan still marveled at the rare eclipse.
