Aiken Man Arrested On Drug Charges
Aiken resident Charlie Upson II, 25, of 528 Newberry Street NE, was arrested Friday night about 7 30 p.m. on a search warrant at his home by the Aiken Department of Public Safety and narcotics squad with probation and parole. He faces charges of distribution of crack cocaine, distribution within a half mile of a school, and possession of crack cocaine. Authorities seized $1000 in cash at the scene.
