Meth Lab Found in Edgefield Home Amid Child Endangerment Charge
Edgefield County deputies along with US Marshals and SLED arrested George M. Toole and Cara R. Baker at Briggs Haven Circle residence on Friday after an operational meth lab and cooking chemicals were found in the home with two children aged three and ten present. Both suspects face manufacturing meth and child endangerment charges. Children placed in DSS custody. North Augusta Public Safety and Merriwether Fire Department assisted.
