Judge Peeples to Step Down After 29 Years on Bench
Second Circuit Judge Rod ney A. Peeples announced he will end his 29 year judicial career when his term ends on June 20 2004. Peeples was elected Feb 13 1974 to fill the Ness vacancy and is the senior circuit judge in South Carolina. Clark Lee is already announced as a contender for the vacant seat.
