Maggie Connelly Wise 88 mother of Thelma Black of Johnston died yesterday in Greenwood. Funeral 4 p.m. tomorrow at Butler United Methodist Church with three officiants. Burial at church cemetery. Survivors include two daughters Margaret Scurry Frances Rankin a son John F. Wise a sister Anna Black a brother Rufus Connelly. Contact Mrs Francis Rankin or Ramey Funeral Home. Also funeral today for W R Morris Jr 51 at Shiloh Baptist Church with burial there. He lived 30 Clemson Dr. and died yesterday in Aiken hospital. He worked for Owens Corning Fiberglas 15 years and belonged to Shiloh Baptist Church and Aiken County Rescue Squad. Survived by wife Mary Dell Roberson Morris a father Willie R Morris a daughter Terry Lee Morris a sister Nettie M Peacock two brothers Jasper and Andrew Morris. Pallbearers listed with J H Roberson Martin Roberson Jerry Roberson LaMar Baggett Carl D Bush Tommy Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers Aiken County Rescue Squad.
