Aiken District Plans Program for Profoundly Retarded Children

The Aiken County School District will develop a program for 22 profoundly mentally retarded children on the waiting list at the Child Development Center. Arson suspected after a fire gutted Magistrate Lester L. Chitty’s Langley office early today.
