Tass announces Soviet cosmonauts Col. Pavel Popovich and Lt. Col. Yuri Artyukhin are in Soyuz 14 for joint experiments with the orbital space station Salyut 3 nine days after its launch. Po povich, a 13 year veteran, and Artyukhin embarked Wednesday night in preparation for a possible boarding of the station.
