James Goodman, Beech Island resident and Rotary charter member, recounted the club’s 1991 origins for fellow members while Newport Hall hosts the weekly gathering. The meeting honored Silver Bluff High senior Brian Williams as student of the month and welcomed Ansley Morrison as a new member, sponsored by Mike Ross.
