Publix denies gender bias in union-linked lawsuit
The Tampa suit filed by six former and two current Publix associates grew to include four more plaintiffs with EEOC involvement. UFCW is accused of orchestrating the action as part of a corporate campaign to undermine Publix while the company highlights its non discrimination policy, employee programs, and growing diversity in management.
