Rediscovered 80-year-old farmhouse at Savannah River Site

The Ellenton area farmhouse, cataloged in 1951 and nearly overlooked during SRS demolition, was found last fall by archaeologists Nancy Esposito and Patrick Lowe. It sits on brick pi llars, with two brick fireplaces, a tin roof, and stands near L and K Areas. DOE and SR archaeology teams are studying ownership before any decisions on its future.

Aiken Choral Society Posts Winter Concert Dates
