Wagener students cheer circus aid to arts program
Wagener-Salley High students attended a Wonderland Circus show in the gym to raise funds for art classes at Wagener elementary and high schools. Cirque performers donated a share of $2 tickets, aiding yearbook debt and buying paints and materials for 660 to 900 students. Gusto the clown, moon-walk side show, and acrobats entertained as concessions sold popcorn and cotton candy.
