A 63-year-old Gloverville man, Henry G. Reese, was struck and killed by a Chevrolet SUV while crossing Highway 421 near Ash Street. He died of multiple injuries after arrival at Georgia Regents University ER. Toxicology pending. The Jackson driver was uninjured and faces no charges.
