South Carolina man charged with possession of bomb making materials
Chester Eugene Pilcher, 46, was arrested in Charleston on a charge of possession of parts and materials to make destructive devices. Authorities used a remote controlled robot to enter his home after a warrant was executed, and an affidavit states he sold detonating fuses and related items to a confidential federal source. He is held on a $1 million bond.
